What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Monitor physician schedules and organize patient care to ensure timely visits.
- Serve as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues.
- Support relationship‑based care while maintaining accountability for organizational mission and core values.
- Conduct training sessions and ensure compliance with infection prevention guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification.
- Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant from an accredited issuing body.
- Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC).
- Prior experience in a clinical environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
