• Qualified to practice as a Psychologen, Psychologen, Psycho login, Clinical Psychologist, Psycholoog, or Klinischer Psycho loge.
• 3+ years of experience counseling adults.
• Ability to maintain a private environment for conducting counseling sessions.
• Must pass a background check.
• A reliable internet connection for teletherapy.
• Must be able to speak/write and conduct counseling in German.

Counselors are not Better Help employees but independent contractors. The use of the word “bonus” refers to an incentive provided to independent contractors. It does not imply an employment relationship nor entitle any independent contractors to employee benefits.
