• Salary up to $22.00 per hour

• Ensure daily actions contribute to company goals for cash collections and accounts receivable over 90 days
• Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions to resolve them promptly
• Resubmit accurate and timely claims in various formats, including CMS-1500 and electronic 837
• Negotiate payment plans with patients in line with company collection policies
• Communicate consistently and professionally with other employees and third-party collection agencies

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college education is a plus
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical collections with knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement
• Familiarity with automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ is preferred
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in home infusion therapy
• Working knowledge of metric measurements, basic accounting practices, ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Ability to type 40 wpm and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
