About the job Senior Executive, Operations (Residence Based Services, Punggol)We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Senior Executive, Operations to join our Residential Based Services (RBS) team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Deputy Head of SLR, RBS to ensure smooth and efficient operations by overseeing daily functions, coordinating resources, and driving service excellence. You will take ownership of operational workflows, vendor and facilities management, and emergency preparedness to ensure a safe and well-run environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative and procurement processes, including quotations, purchase requests, documentation, and timely payment submissions.
- Manage and track operational budgets, prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation of financial and operational records.
- Supervise and guide operations support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Manage inventory of medical and non-medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Ensure smooth delivery of essential services such as kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, fire safety, and other operations support.
- Coordinate vendor and contractor management in collaboration with HQ, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and emergency preparedness, including fire safety drills and CERT responsibilities.
- Support audits, surveys, and feedback processes; prepare operational plans and reports; and serve as a key liaison with stakeholders for operational matters.
Requirements
- A recognised bachelors Degree
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare or eldercare setting.
- Supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
