Project Manager - RCM

Additional Information About the Role BJC is hiring for a Project Manager - Revenue Cycle Management. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 4 people. We are looking for candidates with a broad understanding of the Revenue Cycle. Epic knowledge is preferred. This is a remote position. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Utilizes project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities may include leading an operations team responsible for the ongoing maintenance of business and clinical applications. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.

Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.

Leads teams of operational professionals responsible for overseeing application system availability, performance, and enhancements.

Consults around the planning and implementation of processes and procedures to achieve cash collection targets, days of credit outstanding and accounts receivable aging goals while maintaining budgeted staffing levels.

Implements systems and procedures to insure accurate and timely reimbursements.

Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating issues appropriately.

Determines opportunity for operational improvement in patient account functional areas.
