We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with expertise in personal injury rehabilitation. This is a unique opportunity for a PT who is excited to shape patient care in a growing clinic, with a balance of virtual visits and in-person treatment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a role that requires independence, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate with both patients and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care (Virtual & In-Person):
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for personal injury patients.
- Deliver approximately 80% of care virtually and 20% in-person for assessments, manual therapy, and follow-up care.
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Clinical Leadership & Growth:
- Take ownership of patient care delivery as the primary Physical Therapist in the practice.
- Contribute to the development of treatment protocols, workflows, and best practices.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that may support future growth into supervisory or program development roles.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and documentation standards.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, chiropractors, and legal representatives.
- Provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders involved in personal injury cases.
- Patient
Education:- Educate patients on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
- Foster patient engagement and adherence through clear guidance and follow-up.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Georgia
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation; personal injury experience preferred but not required.
- Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator, able to build rapport with patients virtually and in person.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving workflows.
- Demonstrated potential for leadership and practice development.
