Speech Pathologist
A temporary opportunity is available for a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a K‑12 school setting in Keller, TX. This contract role is designed to cover a maternity leave from ASAP through May 29, 2026. The position requires onsite work with the flexibility of one day per week working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K‑12 grade levels.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver intervention to support students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students academic and social development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational environment.
- Valid Speech‑Language Pathology license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working in school‑based speech‑language pathology settings.
- Strong knowledge of K‑12 student needs and relevant therapy techniques.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and adapt services to individual student requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Position is based in Keller, TX with primarily onsite work and one day per week remote work.
Work Schedule37.5 hours per week, contract duration through May 29, 2026.
