At Mind Works, we believe early intervention transforms lives. We’re a child and adolescent counseling practice dedicated to helping children thrive at home, school, and play. Our integrated care model brings together psychologists, licensed counselors, prescribers, and psychometrists to provide coordinated, whole-child care.
We’re seeking an independently Licensed Psychologist who is passionate about testing and assessment with children and adolescents. This role offers full remote flexibility for psychologists licensed and residing in Texas. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable evaluation work and wants to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of children and families across the state.
What You’ll Do- Conduct a full range of psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children ages 3–17.
- Perform evaluations for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning recommendations.
- Write clear, accurate psychological reports and communicate findings to families and care teams.
- Collaborate with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, therapists, and other clinicians in treatment team meetings.
- Supervise psychometrists and trainees as needed.
- Maintain ethical, timely documentation in compliance with Texas state licensure requirements.
- Remote Flexibility: Work fully remote anywhere in Texas while serving children and families from the San Antonio area.
- Competitive Pay: $95K–$105K annually, depending on experience.

- Independently Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Texas.
- At least 1 year of experience conducting child/adolescent psychological assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of EMRs (Therapy Notes preferred).
- Passion for testing, evaluation, and data-driven care (this role is focused on assessment, not therapy).
