• Receive and process incoming communication and online requests from patients and referring providers
• Perform patient registration and scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Document patient demographic and medical information accurately in compliance with procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 0-1 year of customer service work experience in a contact/call center environment
• 0-1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred, with Epic experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for data entry and management
• Knowledge of referral triage processes and insurance stipulations affecting appointment scheduling
