• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic EMR software needs.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflow analysis to evaluate user experience.
• Configure changes within Epic environments to enhance workflows and resolve user issues.
• Design and implement operational solutions for Clinical Documentation Improvement and related processes.
• Manage small to medium projects and conduct root cause analysis for problem resolution.

• Minimum 3 years of systems administration experience with one or more Epic modules.
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Understanding of Health Information Management principles.

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Health Information Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience.
• Epic HIM exposure and certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles.
