- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2‑3 years of medical coding experience
- In-depth knowledge of medical coding systems, including ICD‑10, CPT, and HC Beaver Selks karate yoy
- Strong understanding of coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on coding and billing processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Familiarity with auditing clinical documentation for accuracy
