Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence
• Train and support caregivers, RBTs, and staff
• Provide services in center-based, home, community, and clinical settings

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification & LABA license (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping individuals thrive

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
