Grow With Grace Occupational Therapy is seeking a talented Occupational Therapist

interested in working as a 1099 independent contractor. Grow With Grace Occupational

Therapy operates as a mobile outpatient neurodiversity affirming practice. Therapy

sessions take place in the individual’s home or community setting (libraries, parks,

daycares, nature, etc). Referrals received are primarily for pediatric clients. This

Occupational Therapist would have the option of evaluating and treating 1-5 individuals

from a waitlist (serving the St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia areas). Most of the individuals

on the waitlist are school-age and require appointment times for 3pm or later.

Grow With Grace

Grow With Grace Occupational Therapy is a practice, owned and operated by Grace Cerny, OTD, OTR/L which provides mobile outpatient occupational therapy services specializing in pediatrics, home-based, and community-based services. Contractors work closely with clients and families to create customized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

Job Duties:

• Evaluate individuals in their natural environment
• Create and update treatment plans
• Perform Occupational Therapy treatment sessions in natural environments
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and other service providers
• Daily documentation and discharge planning

Job Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois
• Must provide proof of professional liability insurance
• Must have adequate transportation to travel to appointments
• Experience as a neurodiversity-affirming therapist
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required
• Feeding therapy experience preferred, not required

Compensation:

$80/hour session

• Reimbursement for mileage
