• Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
• Represent Medtronic CAS during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance.
• Receive technical inquiries from customers and research solutions to questions or problems (e.g., catheter, console, generator support).
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to AFS products and related procedures, including one‑on‑one training sessions, in‑service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums.
• Assist RM and field training department in educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers.
• Provide training and resources for hospital staff toprecated enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
• Update sales representatives regarding procedures and immediately notify Account Manager regarding issues or problems requiring follow‑up.
• Serve as an effective Medtr相 CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand national, regional and territory sales objectives and work in partnership with Account Manager to achieve or exceed goals.

• High School diploma or GED + a minimum of 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field.
• Associate degree + a minimum of 9 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field.
• Bachelor’s degree + a minimum of 7 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field; вариан IBHRE, RCIS or RCES certification required.

• Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and candidates with Medtronic experience.
• B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
• Pacing school/ATI‑like training program in addition to BQs.
• Proven track record with technical training assignments.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.

• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
• Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.
• Clinical Specialists will occasionally be required tonatural travel outside of their assigned territory and may have overnight travel.
