PA to Director of Calea & Clinical Governance-UK & Ireland

This exciting position sits within Calea UK, a key part of our business offering expert Nursing homecare services. We work closely with the NHS and provide patients with the ability to return home from hospital, yet still receive expert Nursing care if they rely on long term IV therapies.
THE ROLEWe're looking to appoint a PA to support our Director of Calea & Clinical Governance, UK & Ireland. In this busy and pivotal role, you'll also support our Nursing leadership team providing seamless operational, administrative and organisational support and ultimately making a real impact on our business and our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for the Director, always ensuring a professional approach.
- Provide high-quality PA support, including efficient management of diaries, emails, and correspondence.
- Deliver confidential administrative services for the Clinical Governance function and wider business.
- Develop and implement systems to manage the Calea Leadership Team’s activities and workload.
- Support the Calea and Nursing Leadership Team with specific projects, from planning to communication.
- Organise and manage off-site meetings and special events end-to-end. You'll also enjoy attenidng some of these, so the ability to travel with occasional overnight stays is key.
- Prepare presentations, collate data, and process monthly expenses.
- Collaborate with the wider PA team and manage stakeholder relationships across the business.
- PA/Office Managment or similar experience is a must.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Commercially focused and results driven.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact clearly and concisely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business literacy, with the ability to write professional reports and correspondence.
- Willingness to travel to offsite events and meetings.

- 35 hour contract, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
