- Design personalized treatment plans.

- Manage electronic documentation efficiently using EMR system.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training.
- A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW‑C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
- Experience working with geriatric population.
- Comfort with technology; teletherapy experience is a plus.
