• Provide support for claims adjudication and/or provider credentialing
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
• Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with customers
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the service process

• Experience in provider data and/or credentialing
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Some experience in a medical office environment
• Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 40 words per minute
  
  Must have excellent internet connectivity and a distraction-free workspace

• Familiarity with customer service best practices in a healthcare setting
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support
