- Maintain and update client and staff profiles in Data Trac and related systems to ensure accurate data and service delivery.
- Review and track expiration dates for car insurance and CPR certifications to maintain compliance.
- Manage and update Lakeland and Inclusa authorizations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Monitor expiration timelines, assist with billing denial reviews, and implement proactive strategies to minimize authorization-related issues.
- Upload and organize client documents in M-Files to improve compliance and streamline file management.
- Transition document storage from Teams to M-Files for better efficiency and audit readiness.
- Support CSL staff communication through Genesys Cloud to ensure timely responses to clients and external stakeholders.
- Align communication practices with GT Independence’s quality assurance standards.
- Work with the manager to identify strategies for reducing errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other staff members to optimize delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Uphold company values and mission.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in administrative or client service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work is performed in a typical office setting or remotely from a home office.
