Position: Billing Coordinator I (Healthcare Billing Specialist REMOTE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform billing data entry requiring proficiency in 10 key skills
  • Verify and compare data with source documents to ensure accuracy
  • Research and resolve missing or incorrect billing information
  • Communicate with clients and patients via phone to address billing issues
  • Meet daily and weekly goals in a fast-paced production environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous working experience
  • Specific experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or insurance claims preferred
  • Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry (10 key skills) preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity

    Strong attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment
