• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of previous working experience required
• Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or insurance claims preferred
• Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry (10-key skills) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
