Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Bellingham, Washington. This role is eligible for a $12,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We’re Looking For- Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
- Behavioral health generalists
- Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
- Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong character matters – we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
- Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Washington
- Must live in and be licensed in the state where services are provided
Up to $112,200, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide- $12,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours per week
- Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement)

- PTO and flexible scheduling (sessions available from 7 am–10 pm, 7 days per week)
- No‑show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing
