Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Bellingham, Washington. This role is eligible for a $12,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters – we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

• Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Washington
• Must live in and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Up to $112,200, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• $12,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours per week
• Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement)
