Millennium Therapy is looking to add Full‑Time Occupational Therapists to our interdisciplinary teams in Iowa. Millennium Therapy is a patient‑focused, therapist‑owned, and therapist‑managed company that operates throughout Iowa providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. The local home office provides quick support to our associates. Our therapy teams succeed through patient‑tailored treatments, flexible scheduling, and effective communication to meet the individualized goals of each patient.

$35‑$40, negotiable

30‑40 hours per week, flexible

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, plus professional licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent clinical judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
• Participates in the clinical team process.
• Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
• Involvement in clinical program development.
• Supervises other licensed occupational therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. In some programs with two or more occupational therapists/assistants, additional administrative duties may be assigned.
