• Handle incoming calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service
• Answer patient inquiries regarding statements and account balances
• Post guarantor payments and set up payment plans according to policies
• Research and resolve issues related to patient accounts, collaborating with various departments
• Meet collection goals while ensuring a positive experience for all patients

• 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• Certification in CRCR must be obtained within 9 months of hire
• Experience in physician and hospital operations, as well as compliance and provider relations
• Strong critical thinking and problem-resolution skills

• Previous customer service and call center experience
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and operations
