Your Responsibilities Position Summary
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a U.S. field-based scientific expert responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with U.S. healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and academic institutions. The MSL provides unbiased, evidence-based scientific exchange to support patient care, inform medical strategy, and ensure appropriate use of company products in compliance with U.S. regulatory and legal requirements.
Scientific Exchange & Stakeholder Engagement- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with U.S.
-based KOLs, investigators, and healthcare decision-makers - Conduct high-quality, non-promotional scientific exchange consistent with FDA regulations and company policies
- Serve as a trusted medical and scientific resource for HCPs within assigned U.S. territory
- Provide scientific education on disease states, mechanisms of action, clinical trial data, and real-world evidence
- Support U.S. clinical trials through investigator identification, site engagement, and study support activities
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with U.S. regulatory and compliance standards
- Capture and communicate actionable medical insights from the U.S. field to internal Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams
- Identify unmet medical needs, evolving treatment paradigms, and competitive intelligence within the U.S. market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Clinical Development teams while maintaining fẹ scientific independence
- Support U.S. medical congresses, advisory boards, and speaker training programs
- Deliver scientific presentations to external and internal audiences
- Contribute to the development, recital, and approval of medical materials, publications, and scientific content
- Conduct all activities in compliance balance FDA regulations, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code, and applicable federal and state laws
- Adhere to company SOPs, compliance policies, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of field activities using approved CRM and reporting systems
- Advanced degree required:
Pharm
D, MD, PhD, DO, or equivalent GC degree in a life sciences discipline
- 2–5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or related clinical/scientific role (level dependent)
- Experience with in the U.S. healthcare system required < שעות>

- Strong scientific, clinical, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build credibility and long-term relationships withəni U.S. HCPs and KOLs
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and U.S. compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the United States, including overnight and occasional weekend travel
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without
- Must comply with company vaccination, credentialing, and background check requirements
