Remote Client Coordinator; Healthcare

Description

These individuals will be taking in information from clients and entering it into their systems. Most of the information is independent Medical Reviews. When new cases come in, they log the information and process it through to the next stage. The form comes in, they pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel.

• Receive medical review forms from clients.
• Log and verify data in our system.
• Enter data into Microsoft Word or Excel and generate PDFs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance while handling sensitive information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word: creating PDFs, inserting tables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel: using Pivot Tables, inserting columns.
• Basic awareness of HIPAA.
• Entry level experience.

• Employment type: Contract / Remote
• Location: Miami, FL (telecommute)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Device requirement: Laptop/Desktop supporting Windows 11
• Pay Range: $16.00 – $16.00 per hour
