Neighborhood Engagement Consultant – Suvida Healthcare

Suvida Healthcare is a primary‑care organization dedicated to enriching the lives of Medicare‑eligible Hispanic seniors. We seek a compassionate, bilingual (English & Spanish) consultant to grow our patient base in the community through direct engagement, education, and partnership building.

Position Summary

The Neighborhood Engagement Consultant works in a hybrid model—office, field, and remote—to identify and attract new patients to our state‑of‑the‑art facilities. The consultant reports to the Neighborhood Engagement Manager and focuses on building relationships with local organizations, businesses, and families.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new member growth by educating potential patients on Suvida’s value proposition and care model.
  • Build and sustain relationships with seniors and local businesses to generate new lead opportunities year‑round.
  • Meet with potential patients and families in homes, places of worship, workplaces, or community centers to introduce the Suvida model.
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers, social workers, and senior centers to keep Suvida top‑of‑mind for Hispanic seniors.
  • Equip partners with training and collateral to promote the Suvida care model.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and nurture prospective patient leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Create outreach materials and recruit participants for webinars, listening sessions, and other community events.
  • Provide ongoing engagement and support to acquired patients to enhance retention.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in marketing, sales, or neighborhood engagement.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally; active driver’s license preferred.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are advantages.
Location

Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid role combining office, field, and remote work.
