37.5 hours during Monday to Friday, or minimum contracted hours 30 hours 4 days.

In the Worcester Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) we strive to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our local communities.

We have incorporated a huddle into the daily functioning of the team which enables us to be focused on the recovery of the patient through a multidisciplinary approach, with expertise from doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, support workers and psychological therapies staff.

Please note the Trust will not routinely provide sponsorship to work for this role. In addition to meet Home Office salary threshold you must have the significant experience to be offered top of the pay band AND work a minimum of 35.5 hours per week. The Trust will not provide sponsorship to work for this role, and employment on a time limited visa doesn't guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.

• Will work as a key member and resource of the MDT core team.
• Aspects of the role would also include close working within the MDT, undertaking and supporting individuals accessing the service in Recovery focussed activities.
• There is scope for professional development as the trust has a repertoire of training available to those wishing to extend their skill set. Developing our workforce is important to us and we are pioneering champion roles across the organisation.
• Support registered professionals to deliver evidence based interventions, managing a caseload of patients.
• Supporting and signposting to improve social isolation and improved population health.
• You will have experience of working with this user group in community settings.
• The ability to work flexibly as the need of the service demands is essential.
• Attend weekly MDT meetings, participate in professionals meetings, signpost to adjunct services depending on patient need.
• Support and guidance to the carers of patients accessing the services.
