- Run and oversee behavioral and functional assessments – the fun ones like VB‑MAPP and Vineland!

- Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
- Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.

- Must be licensed as a BCBA.
- At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
