Overview At Chrysalis Host Home, we are seeking families to open their homes to a person with disabilities. Host Home services focuses on children and adults with intellectual disabilities by providing them with a loving and nurturing family to live with. As a Host Home Provider, you will work from home while caring for a person with disabilities.
The role requires a safe and clean environment, the ability to build rapport, support, and advocate for the individual.
Payment Host Home is a contracted position. Monthly payment is determined by the level of care needed for the individual. Payments include:- Room and board
- Daily rate for each day the individual is in your care
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
- 2 available bedrooms in your home.
- Must complete all company trainings.
