• Collaborate with both operational and technical teams for seamless implementation and support
• Engage in meaningful work supporting clinical systems in various medical specialties

• Design, configure, implement, and optimize clinical systems in compliance with regulations and organizational policies
• Responsible for Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Claims and Remittance build, testing, maintenance, and support
• Develop training materials to support end-user education
• Conduct analysis and documentation to formulate requirements for configuration of clinical applications
• Provide solutions to intermediate to complex problems using efficient operational procedures and technology

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience
• Sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and programming of intermediate to complex systems
• Experience in maintaining and supporting Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing Claims and Remittance workflows
• Equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered

• Certification or accreditation in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance Administration and Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration
