Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part Time
Location: Burlington, MA and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available)

- Hourly: $70 - $80
- Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% remote work. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it’s clinically effective for the client and BT
- License Reimbursement: We cover the cost of your BCBA license renewal.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
