What We Seek:
The ACR is looking for an Accreditation Specialist who will work with breast imaging facilities undergoing the accreditation process. The Specialist will review applications, update the database, as well as perform on-site surveys for accredited facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing accreditation applications; reviewing documentation and communicating with facilities, as necessary
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and surveys
- Editing and writing accreditation reports and notices
- Responding to facility and member inquiries via phone and email
- Providing training and/or orientation to staff, as required; including acting as a technical resource to other ACR staff
Qualified Candidates Will Possess:
- Bachelor's degree in the radiologic sciences or a related field
- ARRT registration in mammography
- 5+ years of experience in clinical mammography
- 5+ years of experience in quality control
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other collaborative applications
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
While working a Remote schedule, qualified candidates must be able to maintain a schedule of working within ACR's operating hours of 8:30A - 5:00P (EST). When working remotely, workers must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management, and be highly organized. Reliable internet connection is a must!
ACR is committed to a total rewards compensation philosophy that includes base salary in addition to our full suite of comprehensive benefits. ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $82,500 – $110,000.
