Schedule Details: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Options: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, or four 10‑hour shifts after orientation.

Pay Range: $30.15 – $45.25

Job Overview: Remote Psychotherapist. We are looking for a passionate professional to integrate mental health care into primary care, working with healthcare professionals to support patients through evidence‑based care.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care according to identified needs.
• Manage clients in crisis utilizing appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques.
• Write appropriate treatment and discharge plans based on patient diagnosis, age, and clinical presentation.
• Collaborate with guardians and community agencies to insure effective service delivery.
• Complete patient care assignments with attention to detail and accuracy, providing consistent documentation in the medical record and billing information.
• Design, plan, and implement effective patient education.
• Maintain open lines of communication and collaborate with the healthcare team for patient outcomes.

Works in patient care areas including hospital units, emergency rooms, individual offices, and conference areas with exposure to potentially combative and hostile patients. Requires frequent movement between areas, answering pages, and coordinating with multidisciplinary staff and agencies.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited graduate program.
• Full licensure in North Carolina required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
• CPI and CPR training required for psychotherapists working in inpatient psychiatric settings.
