Next Step is seeking qualified advocates who are caring, compassionate, self-motivated and eager to further the mission at Next Step. Next Step Specialty Pharmacy is taking the necessary steps to ensure our patients are cared for like family.

• Provide educational resources to individuals and their families with bleeding disorders by partnering with your local, state, and national chapters
• Foster relationships and provide patient retention in his/her assigned territory.
• Work to establish and promote hemophilia support groups in your territory
• The advocate will help patients, and their families navigate the healthcare system by being a liaison with their care team
• The advocate will partner with Pharmaceuticals Reps to host educational dinners
• Advocate on a state, local and national level to assist in bringing better access to care for individuals living with a bleeding disorder
• The advocate will maintain communication with the Director of Advocacy on a weekly basis by providing weekly updates
