As a member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks, from conducting assessments and diagnosing mental health conditions to formulating personalized treatment plans and delivering ongoing therapy. You will have the unique opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide spectrum of challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction. Our ideal candidate will:

• Possess an active LICSW or LCSW in Illinois
• Have at least four years of clinical experience.

Additional skills (not required but desired)

• Experience in delivering teletherapy. Although beneficial, it is not required as we are committed to providing comprehensive training to support your growth in this field.
• The desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of patients who may lack access to traditional therapeutic services.
