Telehealth Contract Therapist – Illinois Based Job Summary

We are seeking a fully licensed therapist to work as an independent contractor in a hybrid remote telehealth capacity. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with a reputable organization in the Chicago area. This position has flexibility for telehealth but must reside in Illinois.

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited clinical program in psychology, counseling, or social work
• Fully licensed LCPC or LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in Illinois
• Valid Illinois driver’s license required
• Prior experience working with youth, families, or gender‑specific programs preferred

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth
• Maintain accurate case documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings, utilization reviews, and crisis interventions as needed
• Meet billing and service hour targets while ensuring compliance with Medicaid/DCFS standards

• Remote flexibility to work from home while serving clients
