We are looking for stenographic court reporters to join our team on a contract basis. This position may require in-person appearances for hearings in Albany, NY and surrounding areas, with remote work also available.

• Appear in-person for hearings in Albany, NY and surrounding areas as a stenographic court reporter (remote work may be available).
• Maintain high professional standards and meet all deadlines for transcripts and reports.
• Provide accurate stenographic reporting according to client and court requirements.

• Must be able to provide NCRA, NVRA, NYSCRA Certification Credentials OR proof of successful completion of an accredited court reporting program.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High degree of professionalism; reliable and timely in submitting work.
• High-speed internet connection; reliable mode of transportation and a current U.S. bank account to receive contract payments.

• You will be an independent contractor and will be compensated on a per-project/assignment basis.
• Compensation includes a daily appearance fee and weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Onboarding requires completion of required paperwork and familiarization with the workflow system.
• Compensation is variable based on the number of cases covered; priority for work is given to those who maintain high-quality submissions.
