Position Overview

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to PreK-12 students, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students  speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and student needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support students  communication goals.
  • Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Document therapy sessions, progress, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students  speech and language needs.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • West Virginia Department of Education Certification required
  • Current ASHA certification required
  • Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting
  • Experience providing speech-language services in school or pediatric settings
  • Proficiency with assessment tools and pediatric therapy techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in teletherapy (preferred)
