Further guidance on eligible roles can be found here., The Musculoskeletal Service Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin brings together partner organisations across the county, including Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust, Shrewsbury & Telford Hospitals and the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, to provide quality assistance to patients with musculoskeletal concerns within the population of Shropshire.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively and exhibit a professional telephone manner. You will be required to undertake a variety of administrative duties including receiving and processing referrals, appointment bookings, and managing enquires from service users and healthcare professionals.
The post holder will need to be highly organised and able to efficiently manage workloads. You will be friendly and approachable and have a positive attitude to work.
