Senior CBT Therapist – Mental Health Remote

IPRS Health is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior CBT to support our continued growth into 2026. This is a full‑time position based in the UK and working fully remotely. Applications from outside the UK will not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to service referral protocols and under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals as necessary.
  • Carry out case management supervision supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI's including session numbers and manage staff utilisation.
  • Carry out mental health duty cover supporting general queries, clinical report checks and risk escalation.
  • Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
  • Minimum 3 years qualified as a CBT Therapist.
  • Minimum 3 years CBT experience through both virtual and face‑to‑face treatment and assessment.
  • Full BABCP accreditation having had first audit with the BABCP.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Core profession in mental health (e.g., RMN, OT, Social worker).
  • Experience in the Corporate Market (desirable).
  • Experience of the Occupational Health and Healthcare Insurance Markets (desirable).
  • Previous experience working in public and private healthcare.
  • Computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Experience of working remotely.
Skills

Team player, effective problem‑solving, prioritisation, strong communication, time management in a demanding environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £46,000–£52,000 per annum.

Position:
Permanent, full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.

Location:

Remote working within the UK.
