IPRS Health is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior CBT to support our continued growth into 2026. This is a full‑time position based in the UK and working fully remotely. Applications from outside the UK will not be considered.
Responsibilities- Adhere to service referral protocols and under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals as necessary.
- Carry out case management supervision supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI's including session numbers and manage staff utilisation.
- Carry out mental health duty cover supporting general queries, clinical report checks and risk escalation.
- Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management.
- Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
- Minimum 3 years qualified as a CBT Therapist.
- Minimum 3 years CBT experience through both virtual and face‑to‑face treatment and assessment.
- Full BABCP accreditation having had first audit with the BABCP.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Core profession in mental health (e.g., RMN, OT, Social worker).
- Experience in the Corporate Market (desirable).
- Experience of the Occupational Health and Healthcare Insurance Markets (desirable).
- Previous experience working in public and private healthcare.
- Computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Experience of working remotely.
Team player, effective problem‑solving, prioritisation, strong communication, time management in a demanding environment.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: £46,000–£52,000 per annum.
Position:
Permanent, full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.
Location:
Remote working within the UK.
