Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at E‑Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing bilingual speech‑language therapy services to students with communication disorders in school settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication skills in both English and the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
- Develop and implement individualized speech‑language therapy plans to address students’ communication goals and objectives in their primary language and English.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, vocabulary development, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to integrate speech‑language therapy goals and strategies into students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other members of the educational team to provide updates on students’ progress, therapy goals, and recommendations for home practice.
- Utilize evidence‑based therapy techniques, materials, and technology to enhance students’ speech and language skills and promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Certification or proficiency in the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working as a bilingual speech‑language pathologist in a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.
- Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation.
- Experience in teletherapy or online speech‑language therapy services (preferred).

Physical Requirements (Remote Work)While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse for typing and navigating software applications. The employee must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
