Via Quest is looking for Ohio Shared Living Providers in Hamilton County. A Shared Living Provider shares their home with and gives personalized care to an adult with a developmental disability. The person you care for will live with you, so you can integrate caregiving into your daily routine, build a meaningful relationship, and have time for your own interests when the individual is working or attending programs.

- Provide a private, furnished bedroom and safe, welcoming common areas in your home.
- Assist with daily living; like personal care, cooking, and cleaning.
- Schedule medical appointments and organize fun social activities.
- Keep records of your work and any unusual incidents.
- A tax-free stipend between $35,000 to $60,000 yearly, with paid time off, and additional income when providing transportation.
- In addition, you receive monthly room and board payments from the individual you care for, averaging $630/month.

- Support from a dedicated manager anytime you need it.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who is an experienced caregiver (for example, DODD DSP - direct support professional, nursing, mental health support, or home health experience), wants to share their home, works independently, and has good communication skills.
To qualify, you need a high school diploma/GED, a clean background check, home insurance, an insured vehicle, and a good driving record.
