Bilingual Licensed Therapist Spanish Speaking

Overview

We’re looking for a licensed or provisionally licensed, Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about delivering culturally competent mental health care to diverse communities.

Position Summary:
We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, MFTA, CSW) or provisional licensure in Kentucky
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
