Director of Integrated Clinical Operations – Full‑Time Days (Fayetteville, NC)
Benefits- Total compensation package up to $117,000 annually, plus additional earnings based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.
- Monthly performance bonuses – uncapped, start at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week.
- Mentorship bonuses – earn for supervising an RBT working toward a Master’s in ABA.
- Certification bonuses – reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

- Continuing education: minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external training, and two paid days off for CEU events.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
