Ideal Requirements for the Access and Implementation Manager
* NHS access expert who delivers:
Proven success unlocking access across PCNs and ICBs, with a strong understanding of commissioning, specialised services, and patient pathways.
Experience with DTAC and ICB contracting is a clear advantage.
* Collaborative leader in healthcare innovation:
Thrives in cross-functional teams, leading through influence, knowledge sharing, and confident navigation of digital, regulatory, and industry standards.
* Passionate enabler of others:
Enjoys simplifying technical and regulatory complexity to help teams and partners embed digital solutions into everyday healthcare practice.
* Strong NHS system insight:
Practical understanding of how the NHS works, enabling confident navigation of complexity and identification of opportunities to improve access and patient outcomes.
Role Responsibilities for the Access and Implementation Manager

Drive adoption of innovative digital therapeutics by removing barriers, accelerating uptake, and delivering meaningful results across your territory.
* Own strategic relationships:
Lead high-value partnerships with clinical, payer, and commissioning stakeholders, shaping access, demand, and long-term success through tailored account strategies.
