• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role

  Associate’s degree preferred
• Proficient in medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Certification in healthcare administration or related field
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Previous experience in a remote work setting
