Licensed Clinical Social Worker needed for Adult Outpatient Substance Abuse Clinic

Clinician duties include:
Responsible for ensuring that the emotional and social needs of the patients are met in accordance with the clinic's policies and procedures, federal and state regulations and applicable standards of care.

Provide patient-centered, culturally sensitive psychotherapy to clients with various mental illnesses and diagnoses.

May provide individual, couple, and family therapy

Participate in the formation of the total care plan for each patient based on medical, behavioral health, and psychosocial needs of the patient.

Coordinate with outside agencies and community service providers, i.e., mental health organizations, to meet psychosocial and emotional needs of patients and families.

Must have MA LICSW/LMHC/LMFT License
