As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will practice with clinical autonomy alongside psychiatrist support, using advanced EMR and machine learning tools.

Flexible & Remote Telemedicine: Evidence‑based care via asynchronous case reviews, video consultations, and e‑prescribing.

Supportive and Collaborative Environment: Dedicated member & provider support teams, 1:1 consultations with clinical leadership, and internal communication forums.

Measurement‑Based Care: Weekly symptom adherence tracking and automatic treatment reviews.

Machine Learning‑Powered Decision Support: AI tools guide antidepressant prescribing (no controlled substances).

• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws.
• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine, including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
• Consistently respond to clinical leadership and be reliable to patients.
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication counseling.
• Complete charting within 48 hours of session and maintain a 72‑hour messaging response window.

• Active APRN license and PMHNP certification.
• At least 2 years of autonomous experience as a PMHNP post‑graduate.
• Experience in an outpatient setting and telehealth proficiency.
• Licensed in 4+ states. 8+ hours availability per week.
• Strong preference for experience with adolescents.
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid.
