- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to CFS clinicians and home‑based staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment and support plans.
- Develop treatment plans, goals, and objectives; monitor progress and outcomes.
- Observe and support home‑based workers monthly; offer feedback and guidance to ensure fidelity to clinical protocols.
- Support hiring, orientation, evaluation, training, coaching, and performance management of clinical staff in coordination with the Clinical Director.
- Assist with day‑to‑day program operations and serve as acting leadership in the absence of the Clinical Director.
- Participate in and schedule team meetings, facilitate coordination across locations, and promote consistency in clinical service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with professional ethics, licensing standards, and Seven Hills Rhode Island (SHRI) policies and procedures.
- Respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations; elevate significant issues to the Clinical Director.
- Maintain accurate documentation of supervision, treatment activities, and communications with EOHHS, MCOs, and external stakeholders.
- Provide backup clinical supervision and assist staff with licensure supervision hours as needed.
- Collaborate with families regarding agency policies, resources, transition planning, and discharge processes.
- Attend IEP and external stakeholder meetings to advocate for client needs.
- Promote self‑advocacy, rights awareness, and independence for program participants.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational values in all interactions.
- Adhere to all training, licensure, safety, and documentation requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master's degree required in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Requires 5 years clinical experience and supervisory experience in a human services field.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and report‑writing abilities.
- Expertise in child, adolescent, and family mental health.
- Proficiency in evidence‑based treatment planning and behavioral interventions.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Upholds professional ethics, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards.
