Outpatient Therapist - FFS

Highly competitive rates and incentives are available for outpatient services provided on-site at one of our five beautiful locations across the state of Massachusetts.

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Hybrid position: work from home and only one day in office per week required.

Bilingual opportunities.

• $45/hour for MA Level
• $50–$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55–$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65–$70/hour for independent license

• 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
• 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1,000
• 90% and above in person over a 3 month span earns $1,250

• Non‑English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach; afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Hybrid position – must be able to work in one of our office locations one day a week
